I love this picture of New York. I took it from my hotel room on the 21st floor of the New York Palace, when I was lucky enough to stay there in 2005. The tall building on the left is the Rockerfeller, and the spire directly in front is St Patrick's Cathedral.
This template finds me experimenting with absolute positioning. In other words, however much you change the size of the browser, the elements shouldn't move around. I was also experimenting further with creating background images. It's a lot cleaner and more simple than the previous template.
However, the links below are styled to jump slightly when you pass your cursor over them, and to cast a slight shadow underneath.

For this template I also experimented with styling for links and menus. The menu on the right is pretty standard - the links turn yellow when you roll the cursor over them.However, the links below are styled to jump slightly when you pass your cursor over them, and to cast a slight shadow underneath.
